The kids have been so excited! We went to Fort Whyte with some of Aidan and Connor's friends on the weekend and they were all in their costumes and having a good time. They can't wait to get out there tonight - even though there is snow on the ground. Connor is going with his friend Jake and Aidan's friend Mitchell will be oever as usual. Delaney is on her own with the boys, but usually gets lots of candy because she's so cute compared to them! I will post some pictures tomorrow.
Aidan and Delaney had their first speed skating meet on the weekend. Aidan did really well but in his last race the guy in front wiped out and took him out as well. He seemed pretty happy with mostly 2nd place finishes. Delaney came in 4th and 5th in her races. Apparently she waited for everyone to pass her and then started skating. No getting knocked over for my girl!
