Sunny weather

We got the pool put up (did I mention that?) and the kids have been swimming every day, even were in there as it was filling up and it was COLD! It was in the 30s most of the week though, so they were smart to be in there.

It's soccer jamboree this weekend - hurrah! Two games for each kid tomorrow and then we're done. I am really looking forward to not having to run anywhere for a couple of months. Four days left until the kids' vacation and my study leave start. I'm looking forward to working at home and since I'm spending the next two months reading up on my topic I should be able to get a fair amount done.

Delaney is really enjoying going to Sharon's so we're thinking she will go there 2 afternoons a week in the fall. She loves playing with Danika and Sharon is really great.

The boys are just counting down the days until school is done. Connor has been doing great lately at school. I think spring/summer is his time - he loves sports and he loves to be outside. I can't keep him in the house right now and during the winter I can't get him outside for love or money. I can't blame him though, I feel the same way.

The garage sale turned out alright. We sold almost everything and made enough to pay for 1/2 a basketball hoop, but I guess Sean and I can pay for the rest of it - I'm just glad to have all of that stuff out of my basement!
